Sundip Singh was born and raised in the Bay Area, California. She earned her Bachelors Degrees from Santa Clara University in Psychology and Political Science.

She graduated with her Juris Doctor from San Joaquin College of Law. While in law school she interned with a criminal defense office, a criminal prosecution office and an immigration office.

Through her work she has gained invaluable experience in criminal law and immigration law. During her free time, she likes to travel and read.
